I started reading The 2-Day CEO in the morning hours, where you guys know I have the Bible open and my business book open because it's both. People who don't know Jesus have wisdom. It's just not connected to the ultimate knowledge of Christ. So I will read a page, I'll read a chapter, and then I'll go to the Word and I will put it against the word to see Truth, the truth, truth with a capital T. And I was doing that with this book, and I recognized even in the very first introduction, that this is Godly.
I knew him from Rise Up Kings, which is an incredible ministry, and we had this impactful conversation and I was so shocked. We get into the depths of what it means to be a 2-Day CEO and how we can do that as kings and queens of the God most high, and how we can actively rise up more through our ministries, through our businesses.

A lot of people come into fall and they're so ready to cozy up and get inside a little bit to nest and enjoy family through the holidays. Fall is also about getting back into rhythms because summer's over and school is back in session. It allows people to get back into these rhythms, which can actually be negative when it comes to complacency connected to routines. What do you have going on in your life? Do you find yourself falling back in old habits because you're now in the rhythm and routine of old cycles, or do you feel like you've been called higher?

He talks about centering prayer and he teaches us how to do it. He also has an incredible book called Sitting With God, A Journey to Your True Self through Centering Prayer, and it really mobilized me to wanna activate in some of the truest Jesus examples of getting alone before the Lord, without speaking, without your own preconceived notion of what is to be said or accomplished in this prayer time. It's not a checkbox, right? It's God just literally being able to be with you to speak over you.
