He talks about centering prayer and he teaches us how to do it. He also has an incredible book called Sitting With God, A Journey to Your True Self through Centering Prayer, and it really mobilized me to wanna activate in some of the truest Jesus examples of getting alone before the Lord, without speaking, without your own preconceived notion of what is to be said or accomplished in this prayer time. It's not a checkbox, right? It's God just literally being able to be with you to speak over you.
