Being able to connect changes energies. It changes the ability for us to show up in the world in a magnetic way when we're connected at a deep level, not only with ourselves, which is foundational, but with others. And so today's guest, Lou Diamond, and I had an incredible conversation, a conversation that was premised on how, how do you connect with someone?
Understanding that when people connect at the heart level, there's an overlap of two worlds that transpires and creates that much more of an energy flow for other people to come into relationship with. Whether it's in partnerships, whether it's in strategic alignment, business, personal, all things up above, but ultimately it's premised on someone being a contender, not a pretender.
